The family house consists of two floors, basement and attic. In the basement there is a swimming pool with countercurrent, workshop, storage and garage. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with appliances, a dining room, a study and a large room. There is also a storage room and a bathroom with toilet. On the first floor there is a living room, a double bedroom, a wardrobe and a second bathroom with a toilet. In the attic there is a hobby space.

For the tenant there is a parking space directly in the yard and in the garage. The house has two separate gardens, one of which includes a gazebo with seating.

Energy charges in the amount of 500€/month are added to the monthly rent.
