Information on processing of personal data pursuant to Act No 122/2013 Coll. on personal data protection as amended by the Act 84/21014 Coll. (consolidated by Act of 30th May 2014 is set out in the Collection of Laws under No. 136/2014 Coll.:
1. Pursuant to Section 34 par. 1 of the Act the obligation to report shall include all information systems processing personal data by fully or partially automated means of processing.
2. Identification of operators of information systems (hereinafter referred to as “IS”):

3. Declaration of the IS operator:
Operator has made notification at the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. Operator keeps records of the IS.
4. Purpose of personal data processing through the online marketplace (e-shop) in the IS:
Operator of the IS processes personal data of persons concerned in order to pursuit his business pursuant to subject of the company.
Range of processed personal data of natural person (person concerned):
a) Section 13 of the Act: personal identification number
b) Section 10 par. 4 of the Act: title, name, surname, maiden surname, date of birth, No. of identification card, address of domicile, correspondence address, telephone contact, e-mail contact, specification of financial liabilities, specification of the business case, data on immovable property, photos of immovable property, contractual terms, bank account number.
5. Provision of personal data to the third parties:
Operator of the IS shall not provide personal data to the third parties.
6. Notification of voluntary nature:
Person concerned shall provide personal data mentioned above to the IS operator voluntarily, without compulsion and without enforcement by the operator.

By his signature the interested person has given consent to the company: Metropolitan Estates l s.r.o., the Trade Register of District Court in Bratislava I, section: Sro, rider No.: , company registration No.: , VAT registration No.: , registered seat at: , the Slovak Republic. Statutory body (Chief Executive Officer):…………………….. – (hereinafter also referred to as “intermediary”) to the process their personal data pursuant to Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on protection of personal data as amended by Act 84/2014 Coll., as amended, (consolidated text of the Act of 30th May 2014 referred to in the Collection of Laws under No. 136/2014 Coll.), for an indefinite period, for purposes of processing and archiving of personal data, analysis of efficiency of the immovable property purchase and using the intermediary´s services when performing subject of business: Brokering of sale, rental and purchase of immovable property (real estate agency activities).
Thereby the interested person, apart from the abovementioned, also gives consent to:
a) development, treatment and publishing of photos, videos and information on the immovable property, through a camera, video-camera, mobile device, notebook, tablet or plane for presentation on webpages of the intermediary, on webpages of real estate and advertising portals as well as in advertising media in a paper form. Rights of a person whose personal data are being processed are regulated by Section 28 and following of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on personal data protection, as amended.
b) for performance of legal consultation of intermediary with law firm represented by solicitor registered in the Bar Register.
Intermediary at the same time declares that as the IS operator he has been duly registered with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic and in order to fulfil and meet requirements of this document he shall process personal data of the interested person on the basis of this written consent to the following extent:
a) Section 13 of Act: personal identification number
b) Section 10 par. 4 of Act: title, name, surname, maiden surname, date of birth, identification card No., address of domicile, correspondence address, telephone contact, e-mail contact, specification of financial liabilities, specification of business case, data on immovable property, photographs of immovable property, contractual conditions, bank account No.
